Dr. Lemoine received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley and then worked in San Francisco for 3 years coordinating organ transplant. She attended medical school at Loyola Stritch in Chicago, quickly realizing women’s health was her calling, and graduating Cum Laude. She then completed residency at the University of Colorado where she served as Administrative Chief. She is happy to continue to call Denver home.
By actively listening to, and engaging her patients in their health, Dr. Lemoine is able to provide individualized, holistic care. She enjoys building relationships with her patients that enable honest communication and ensure patient understanding and comfort. Her interests include minimally invasive surgery, pelvic pain, fertility and contraception management, but she also enjoys practicing a full range of obstetric and gynecologic services.
She loves to cook, trying new recipes and taking cooking classes.  She also loves to travel; born in Toronto, Canada, she has enjoyed time doing a medical mission in Vietnam, spent a summer studying in Israel, and exploring in Europe, Asia and South America.

Cynthia “Cindy” Mueller grew up in Westminister, CO. After a year of studying vocal performance at the University of Denver’s Lamont School of Music, because “camp counseling” wasn’t a viable option, she graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Colorado in 1986. After a year as staff nurse on an orthopedic unit, she redirected her nursing career towards caring for women and infants. She has worked in the Well-Baby nursery, Labor and Delivery, Home Health and Clinic nursing as well as medical research studies before having her epiphany and returning to the University of Colorado for her Masters of Science in Nursing in Nurse Midwifery.
After graduating with her RN, she worked as a Certified Nurse Midwife in a larger practice providing office OB/Gyn care and attending hospital births.
She is married and enjoys listening and performing music, running (enjoys might be a stretch) and playing with her dogs (Amp and Clyde)
